Lindsay Lohan could be a married woman … you’d think that would be clear one way or the other, but it’s not.

The 36-year-old posted a message on Instagram Friday, referring to Bader Shammas as her “husband.” Her caption … “🎂️🥰I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. ️every woman should feel like this everyday 🙏💖”

Lindsay told the world last November she was engaged to Shammas … calling him “My love. My life. My family. My future.”

She had talked about doing some kind of destination wedding, but we haven’t seen evidence of that, though it’s possible it happened under the radar.

Nonetheless … it seems she’s now a married woman, but we’ve also seen before people have thrown out the “husband” and “wife” terms without actually tying the knot.

Johnny Depp‘s lawyer Camille Vasquez is gonna spend her birthday in style … her time overseas with her beau is going to include spending some time with her famous client.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … Camille’s boyfriend has got a fun-filled trip planned for her 38th trip around the sun — as we reported, she flew to London last week, where BF Ed Owen lives and is getting ready to party!

They’re planning on heading to Wimbledon, which is super cool. They’re also gonna see Elton John and The Rolling Stones at separate concerts. And … they’ll travel to Prague to see JD, where he’s set to rock out with Jeff Beck.

The big question … will Johnny call her out or even invite her on stage … it would drive the crowd wild!

As we reported, Camille’s been fielding offers from law firms ever since scoring a verdict in favor of Depp … we’re told she’s speaking with agents and network execs about a bunch of projects … like broadcasting roles, speaking engagements and even starting her own production company.

So, this is ironic … Amber Heard lost Johnny Depp‘s defamation case in no small part because she lied about donating half her divorce settlement to the ACLU … and now a judge has awarded the ACLU $38,000 … and guess who has to pay — NOT AMBER.

Here’s the deal … Johnny’s legal team subpoenaed documents from the ACLU to prove Amber never anted up the cash. According to the ACLU, they had to produce 1900 documents and that took a lot of time. The org asked the judge to order Johnny to pay $86,000 for the time and expenses associated with the document production.

Johnny’s lawyers called BS, saying the tab was “exorbitant and unreasonable.”  The judge sided with Johnny and cut the bill pretty much in half … so now Johnny has to pay $38,000.

As you know, Johnny won the case against Amber, so you might think she’d have to pay the costs that were incurred to reach a verdict … a verdict squarely against her insofar as Johnny’s defamation case is concerned. But, that’s not the law, so Johnny has to pay.

Thing is … it sounds like Johnny isn’t going to take it to the mat and make Amber pay the $8.35M net judgment. So, even though he won, he’s left holding the bag with the ACLU.

A big-time “oops” for Howard Stern — or one of his staffers — has Marvel fans buzzing, because he accidentally let it slip he’s shooting a movie … but he doesn’t sound too hyped about it.

Howard spilled the tea during a break on his SiriusXM show, apparently not realizing his microphone was still hot, he chatted with his producer Gary Dell’Abate about possible guests for the show … and noted they won’t be able to talk much in the summer.

Co-host Robin Quivers asked if that meant he was working this summer, and Howard replied, “Well, I’m gonna do ‘Doctor Doom.'” He admits he’s less than thrilled, though, saying … “But believe me, I’m f***ing miserable about it.”

Howard says he’s already hit up MCU-vet Robert Downey Jr. for some acting tips — he even asks Gary to put him in touch with “Iron Man” director Jon Favreau for more help.

Russell Westbrook had the best Tuesday EVER — because after he scored a $47 MILLION payday from the Lakers … he celebrated with Kevin Hart at an L.A. hotspot!!

Russ opted into the final year of his Lakers contract early Tuesday morning — making him richer than ever — and hours later, he, Hart and some other buddies grabbed dinner at LAVO Ristorante, a swanky West Hollywood joint.

The two were in great spirits — laughing and dappin’ each other up outside of the eatery … and while Russ didn’t say too much, it’s pretty clear he’s fired up to be staying in L.A. for at least another year.

Of course, the 33-year-old’s first year in Lakers purple and gold didn’t go smoothly — he was heckled daily over his play — but he made it obvious with an impromptu Beyonce car karaoke sesh Tuesday morning that he’s shaking all of that off in 2022-23.

BTW, no official word on who picked up the tab at Tuesday night’s dinner … but if we had to guess, something tells us it was probably Russ.

Westbrook and Hart have been tight for years — remember, the duo were spotted out together right after the guard was traded to L.A. last year.

John Hinckley — the man who tried assassinating Ronald Reagan once upon a time — is feeling remorse for what he did, and is and is now asking for forgiveness.

Hinckley shared his feelings Tuesday on ‘CBS Mornings,’ offering up condolences to the families that suffered for what he did. He struggles to recall what happened outside the Hilton hotel in DC back in 1981, when he shot then-President Reagan, Press Secretary James Brady, Secret Service Agent Tim McCarthy and D.C. cop Thomas Delahanty.

Reagan came within a hair’s breath from dying, and Brady was shot in the heat and was confined to a wheelchair with multiple health issues for the rest of his life.

Hinckley says he’s glad he failed in his attempt to kill the President.

He says mental illness was behind the act, and a jury agreed … Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity. As for his mental state these days, Hinckley says he’s been one of the most scrutinized people in the mental health system.

Hinckley says he’d like forgiveness from all the folks he hurt, including Jodie Foster, with whom he had an obsession and fired the shots to get her attention.

Hinckley was confined to a mental institution until 2016 and won unconditional release just this month. He says he did the interview with CBS so people could see he’s not a monster.

Jussie Smollett is back in the limelight just 3 months after getting released from prison … after attending the BET Awards and getting incredulous reactions online.

The actor showed up at Sunday night’s ceremony in LA, all smiles … telling ET he’s excited to be “expanding his empire.”

He was asked how he feels about working his way back into Hollywood, but Jussie doesn’t see it that way — he says this has always been the plan.

Twitter was on fire as JS walked the red carpet and took his seat … memes were created in his name, while some called out BET for allowing “race-baiting liars” in its space.

Sunday night’s host, Taraji P. Henson, has been a vocal supporter of Jussie — they both worked on “Empire” … but she was silent about her co-star during the ceremony.

Jussie still insists he did not lie about what he says was a homophobic and racist attack, because IF he had lied he’d be a total piece of s**t — and he claims everyone knows he’s not that.

Bruce Willis‘ openness about a medical condition making it difficult if not impossible for him to communicate is already having a profound effect … folks are learning about the disorder.

The actor was recently diagnosed with aphasia — a language disorder impacting the ability to comprehend words and/or speak — and a recent survey shows more Americans are now aware of the term, and many say they first heard about aphasia with the news about Bruce.

The National Aphasia Association tells us … it just conducted a survey in the wake of Bruce’s announcement — they usually wait 4 years between surveys but changed it up in the wake of media coverage around Bruce — and numbers showed increased awareness across the country, which they found “astounding.”

Some of the findings:

– 68% of people have heard the term “aphasia” … a huge jump from 2020, when only 14% had heard of the condition

– 40% of people are “aphasia aware,” meaning they’ve heard the term and can identify it as a language disorder … a significant increase over 2020, when only 7% were “aphasia aware”

– Significantly fewer people think having difficulties with speech indicates being intellectually deficient, with the number dropping from 42% in 2020 to 21% currently.

We’re told roughly 1 in 5 respondents mentioned Bruce’s name when responding to a question about the last place they remember reading or hearing about aphasia.

John Lennon allegedly had an affair with an assistant who was 10 years his junior and it was all Yoko Ono‘s idea … according to a new documentary.

According to “The Lost Weekend: A Love Story,” a doc that just premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival … John had an affair in the 1970s with his assistant, May Pang.

The film, narrated by May and from her point of view, claims May initially met John and his wife Yoko when she was 19 years old and starting a job at The Beatles’ music company in New York, Apple Records.

The story goes … John and Yoko liked May so much they asked her to become their personal assistant, working for them for a few years until one morning in 1973 when Yoko allegedly insisted May go out with John.

The doc claims Yoko told May she was not getting along with her husband and feared John would start seeing other people … with Yoko suggesting May get involved.

May was 22 and John was 32 when the alleged affair began … and she claims John had previously told Yoko he found her sexually attractive, though she didn’t have romantic feelings toward him when he first pursued her.

The alleged affair lasted 18 months, beginning with John kissing May in an elevator … and saw John and May move across the country to Los Angeles, where Lennon started making music again with Paul McCartney.

Things even got to the point where John and May were sending joint Christmas cards … according to the doc … though they are said to have kept their alleged affair secret from everyone outside their tight friend circle.
