Ex-NFL star Martellus Bennett just unloaded on Jimmy Garoppolo … saying his former QB in New England is a “bitch” — and Julian Edelman seems to be cosigning the jab.

Martellus made the remarks when he joined his former Patriots teammates, Devin and Jason McCourty, on their “Double Coverage” podcast … claiming no NFL team can win with Jimmy G at the helm because he believes the signal-caller is soft.

Bennett went on to explain he developed that opinion following the way Garoppolo filled in for Tom Brady during the GOAT’s four-game suspension back in the 2016 season.

You’ll recall, Garoppolo helped the Pats win the first two games of the season … but he injured his non-throwing shoulder in Week 2, and sat out the ensuing two games due to the ailment — something Bennett clearly thinks was a no-no.

“We lost two games,” Bennett said. “One of them is because Jimmy Garappolo was being a bitch. He quit before us on the last — decided not to play right before the game.”

“So, we went out there, Jacoby [Brissett] came out and played with a f***ked-up thumb, [and] played his heart out. But, Jimmy was just being a bitch about it all.”

Bennett added, “And he’s still being — like, that’s why, you can’t win with a bitch for a quarterback.”

Julian Edelman, who played alongside Bennett on the Pats, was asked about Martellus’ feelings toward Jimmy on a recent episode of the “I Am Athlete” podcast … and the 3x Super Bowl champ said he felt similarly to Bennett.

“A lot of guys got mad about it,” Edelman said. “I’m not going to lie, I got mad about it. I sacrifice my body all day long. I was taking shots for this, numbing up that.”

“Ribs, broken ribs, shoulders. You know, Grade 3, hanging on by limbs, just to play,” Edelman said. “And, you know, I can understand why Marty thinks like that.”

Tyreek Hill says multiple fans threatened to take his life following comments he made about Patrick Mahomes earlier this month … explaining the threats were made on “every social media account I own.”

The new Miami Dolphins wideout — who was traded from the Chiefs this offseason — initially made the remarks about his old QB on the debut of his “It Needed To Be Said” podcast two weeks ago.

When discussing Mahomes vs. Tua Tagovailoa, Hill said the ‘Fins QB was more accurate. He added that he believed he wasn’t necessarily used right in the Chiefs’ system, and said Mahomes’ job was now going to be much more difficult without him around.

In his second episode of his “It Needed To Be Said” pod … Hill said the responses he got from fans to those statements were scary.

“Every social media account I own, I got death threats on,” the 28-year-old said. “Which is ridiculous.”

Hill explained he believed some of his comments were taken out of context — adding, “They really didn’t see what I said. A lot of people are just acting off emotion.”

Mahomes himself said he was “surprised” by the comments … but Hill made it clear in Tuesday’s pod he still has love for his ex-teammate, and was just trying to express his belief in his new one.

Klay Thompson took time out of celebrating his NBA championship victory to call out a Memphis Grizzlies player who gloated about a win over the Warriors earlier this year … blastin’ the dude as a “frickin’ bum” and a “frickin’ clown.”

The target of Thompson’s animosity was Jaren Jackson Jr., who tweeted a dig at the Warriors following a 123-95 win back in March.

“Strength in numbers,” Jackson Jr. said, clearly mocking the Warriors’ famous rallying cry after the victory.

Thompson revealed on Thursday night after beating the Celtics in Game 6 of the NBA Finals that the tweet REALLY pissed him off … and he was super happy to be able to rub it in Jackson’s face after lifting the Larry O’Brien Trophy.

“There was this one player on the Grizzlies who tweeted ‘Strength in numbers’ after they beat us in the regular season,” the Warriors star said to reporters, “and it pissed me off so much.”

“I can’t wait to retweet that thing. Frickin’ bum. I had to watch that, and I’m just like, ‘This frickin’ clown.'”

Thompson continued, “Sorry, that memory just popped up. Gonna mock us? Like, you ain’t ever been there before, bruh. We’ve been there, we know what it takes. So, to be here again, hold that.”

The 32-year-old has yet to officially press the RT on Jackson Jr.’s tweet … but we’re sure it’s coming.

Rob Kardashian just struck out in his bid to end another legal war with his ex, Blac Chyna … and now it looks like her revenge porn case is going to trial.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge just denied Rob’s attempt to enforce a settlement he says he struck with Blac Chyna that would have made the case go away before trial.

TMZ broke the story … Rob filed legal docs earlier this month claiming he struck a deal with Blac Chyna to drop her revenge porn lawsuit and claimed she was trying to back out on the alleged deal.

Rob said Chyna had agreed to drop the suit if Rob helped get her dropped from a separate lawsuit … with Rob saying he agreed to hold up his end of the alleged bargain, and she should be held to her end.

RK asked the judge to enforce the alleged deal with Chyna … but the judge just said no.

As a result, it looks like Rob and Chyna are heading for another legal showdown as the case was set to go to trial this month.

Remember … the Kardashians soundly defeated Blac Chyna in their recent legal battle over the former couple’s canceled reality show.

Now, the stage is set for a second fight.

The Game felt some type of way after he was excluded from the Super Bowl halftime show in his city … the L.A. rapper saying he was “hurt” Dr. Dre didn’t hit him up to perform.

Super Bowl LVI was basically L.A.-themed — going down at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA — with the Rams repping the NFC. Most Los Angeles of all, the halftime performers … including L.A. rappers Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Kendrick Lamar.

But, The Game — an L.A. native who always reps for the city — was not included in the lineup … something the 46-year-old rapper said wasn’t right while appearing on the “I Am Athlete” podcast.

“The f****** Rams was in the Super Bowl, bro!” The Game said, “L.A., L.A., L.A. all around the Super Bowl and I don’t get the call. I was hurt by that.”

“Dre should’ve called and said why. I would’ve understand that ’cause I talk to Dre. I talk to Dre often and I just know if I was Dre and he was Game, then he woulda been up there. That’s just it. It’s L.A. and I am L.A. I’m in the streets.”

What made Game even more upset was the fact that Eminem and 50 Cent got to perform … when they’re not even born and raised L.A. rappers.

“Snoop is icon. Dre is icon. Em is an icon, but Em is not from L.A. 50 is not from L.A,” Game said.

“I’m not taking away from the fact that they were on the Super Bowl, but L.A. n***** wouldn’t have been in the Detroit Super Bowl or New York Super Bowl. It just wouldn’t have happened.”

Even though Game’s feelings were hurt, he gets why he didn’t get the call — he’s “not a safe artist.”

“You don’t know what Game gon’ do when he get up there,” Game said, “They went with the safe artists.”

Channing Crowder regrets making his polarizing comments about Ciara during a podcast back in April … but he says he still ain’t budging on his opinion of Russell Wilson, insisting the dude is “a lame.”

To catch you up … the ex-Miami Dolphins linebacker made waves on his “The Pivot” pod after he said he believed Ciara was only with Wilson because of his money.

Crowder insisted there was no way Ciara could be with the NFL star otherwise … saying he couldn’t fathom how she could go from dating a guy like Future to dating one like Wilson.

On Tuesday, Crowder backpedaled on at least some of that opinion, saying on “The Breakfast Club” that he shouldn’t have involved Ciara in the conversation.

“Bringing up Ciara, bringing up the man’s family — I’ll take that back,” Crowder said.

But, the former NFL player refused to walk back his shade of Russ.

“Have ya’ll seen Russell’s videos?” Crowder asked. “Have you seen, ‘Mr. Unlimited’?! And, this goofy s*** he does?!”

“I don’t know why so many people were mad at my opinion of Russell Wilson is a square and a lame.”

Crowder added, “I didn’t call him an alcoholic. I didn’t call him a deadbeat dad. I didn’t call him a pedophile. I called him lame!”

CC told the roundtable his remarks toward Wilson were not personal … explaining, “There’s lame people all around.”

The rapper-turned-podcast host went outta his way Thursday to call out shuttered NYC strip club Cheetahs Gentlemen’s Club & Restaurant for exclusively employing fair-skinned Hispanic women.

Joe says, “NY strip clubs, not only are you not hiring Black women, but you’re purposely hiring the SAME exact girl.” Your promoter having a type is gonna lose y’all money this Summer.. this is disgusting (not the girls, the optics).”

Waka Flocka not only disagrees, but calls Joe “soft” for the commentary. WF hails from Atlanta — the reigning mecca of pole dancers — so naturally, he wasn’t going to sit for disrespect to the industry.

A$AP Rocky‘s newfound joys of fatherhood might be hitting a few bumps in the road, courtesy of some stewing beef … cooked by one of his own A$AP Mob teammates.

On Wednesday, A$AP Bari all but confirmed his string of sneak Instagram disses these past few days weren’t inside jokes because he called Rocky’s next album trash before it’s even finished.

In a new interview with Dazed magazine, Rocky debunked the long-rumored “All Smiles” title but did promise an “industrial, subversive and polished” sound for the album.

A day prior, Bari called Rocky “burnt out” on one of Rocky’s IG posts, fueling speculation there’s some serious friction between them.

Although no A$AP Mobbers have publicly addressed any conflict, Bari’s bone to pick could stem from Rocky’s recent “Drink Champs” interview where he casually referred to Bari as a “Lil n****” while reliving a Jay-Z tale back in the day.

Jay-Z apparently wasn’t feeling the “Goldie” lyrics comparing his Ace of Spades champagne to “racist” champagne and had a word with the crew.

As a co-founding member, Bari is one of the few members of A$AP Mob who doesn’t rap, opting to focus on fashion as CEO of streetwear clothing label VLONE.

Amber Heard says her loss in the Johnny Depp defamation case is a true “setback” for women who speak out, saying she feels she’s lost her right to freedom of speech in the process.

Heard tells TMZ, “The disappointment I feel today is beyond words. I’m heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband.”

She continues, “I’m even more disappointed with what this verdict means for other women. It is a setback. It sets back the clock to a time when a woman who spoke up and spoke out could be publicly shamed and humiliated. It sets back the idea that violence against women is to be taken seriously.”

As we reported, Depp was awarded $10.35 million in damages Wednesday after a jury found Heard defamed him in her op-ed titled, “‘I spoke up against sexual violence — and faced our culture’s wrath.” Heard was awarded $2 million in compensatory damages.

Heard tells us, “I believe Johnny’s attorneys succeeded in getting the jury to overlook the key issue of Freedom of Speech and ignore evidence that was so conclusive that we won in the UK.”

Finally, she says, “I’m sad I lost this case. But I am sadder still that I seem to have lost a right I thought I had as an American – to speak freely and openly.”

The trial of Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard is in its final stages with closing arguments set for today, and the jury will then begin the Herculean task of trying to figure out who’s telling the truth and who’s lying.

Johnny’s lawyers will try to connect various dots as they wrap their case, telling the jury Amber was on a smear campaign rooted in revenge to paint their client as a wife beater. They will almost certainly use the poop in their marital bed to argue revenge was Amber’s motivation, and she was not a victim at all.

Amber’s lawyers will paint a picture of a man who regularly explodes into violence, essentially saying Johnny’s persona is violent … they will argue even when he was not physically assaulting Amber, his temper was explosive, and they’ll use video and texts to make their point.

As for the defamation claims … both Johnny and Amber are public figures, and therefore there must be proof of actual malice in order for either to win.

There’s an enormous amount on the line here … beyond the court case, the verdict could determine who has a career and who does not going forward.
